if you win a phone from the magazine called 'cosmogirl' do you have to start paying monthly fees or do they pay for it as part of the prize?Please only let me know if you know from experience.

the phone is the prize. you get the phone for free. you pay to use it.

the cell phone is free, and chances are they will pay a little of the fee, like the first month or two. but you'll have to pay the charges. hope i helped and its not expensive! lol
