You don't know if your best friend is lying or not, the only way to do that is by trust which you have to make all by yourself. I think you should try to tell your best friend about what she is doing so that way you don't have to go tell the other people she talk's about them. This use to happen to me everyday: I'd hear a story and tell my friend then our storie's would get all messed up. Just confront her its very simple to me. Hope I helped if not I'm really sorry.
♥ amrit ♥ [ naTralswtneSs's advice column | Ask naTralswtneSs A Question ]

OK, this girl who's talking behind people's backs is NOT your friend. But I think you know that. You are right; it's not right for her to do that. Just as you mentioned, she talks behind your back as well as everyone else's.
I suggest that you talk to her. Tell her that you think that what she is doing is awful. Then tell her you can't talk to her any longer.
I've had 'friends' just like her in the past, and I know from experience, it's best to let go of them as soon as you can- or else you could get hurt.
