absolutely...you may use phones on a cruise. they do not interact with machinery or transact with coastal equipment! however using a cell phoone micht be a problem becasue it may be hard to find a good signal in the middle of the oceans,. but cell phone companies have built many towers so you never know! have fun!

you can`t use your own phone on a cruise ship. but they have phones you can use.. but it costs more than you would want to spend. if you have a wireless connection laptop you can use it. they also have internet cafe`s and you can buy a certain amount of time on their computers. that costs a bit too. just save up some extra money. i`ve been on 2 cruises, so i know what i`m talkin about.

They use sattelite service on cruise ships. So you can call anyone from the ship with their phones. And if you have a laptop with wireless networking you can use that.

It depends usually not because there is not reception in the water. Same with the internet, but the ship may have some sort of phone or computer that you can use.

I am not really sure. I would think that if you looked on the cruise packet or website then it should say whether you can or not.

Yes. If you have a lap top computer that has wireless internet, you may use it I'm sure. I'm also sure that they have some sort of telephone avalible for you to use. I assume that you don't want to be away from your boyfriend/girlfriend while on this cruise, so you either want to email/IM them or call them. Good luck with everything.
