Advicenators is not my site - it's spacefem's. She's on my list of favorite columnists. :) However, I believe that she made this site from scratch using html, css, and php. I'm guessing that the database backend is MySQL, but I'm not sure.
I personally don't see any reason to clone this site - although if you had a similar idea, spacefem also hosts websites, so you might be able to work something out with her.
