i dont think you need a pap smear if you get fingered... i went to the doctor *im not a virgin* and my doctor told me i dont need to get a pap smear until im either 3 years sexually active or until im 21... my doctor said i may not have to get one unless i want one or if something goes wrong with my blood presure.. much luv dez x0x0

hello,..it is best to have a papsmear done after you become sexually active. however if you feel that you need to see one sooner it is up to you. it is not required to see a gyno if youve just been fooling around but there are many diseases and a gynecoligist can correctly explain diagnose or treat them! its up to you...talk to ur doc...

A pap smear mainly checks women for cancer cells on the cervix. It is usually done when you have a yearly gyn exam.Which you should get every year once you become sexually active.
Getting fingered is not really sexually active.

It's not necessary, but it wouldn't hurt. If you do, tell your gyno what happened (not detailedly or anything) Trust me, she's heard EVERYTHING. You can get your mom to leave of you want, and she won't say anything.
You should get a pap after the first time you have sex, or when you are eighteen, whichever comes first.
It's a bit uncomfortable, but it's worth it to be healthy.
