Okay for your journal, on the top page it goes .. Home|Browse|Search|Invite|Mail|Blog ...click the "blog" and Scroll down to "My controls" There will be a link that says "Post new blog". There ya go and happy my spacing! :)

I think its called Thomas's Myspace/Vspace Editor? I'm not positive.

to update it go to update journal,and to change text at the bottom of the box where you type your entry it has a link that says rich text, clik it!

Try going to www.pimpmymyspace.com
It helped me out a lot with mine. It's pretty easy. Then when you're done paste it in your interests (or anyone of those columns ex: about me.. it doesn't matter which one)
For the blog near the bottome there's a blog section. One link will say Post a Blog. Click that and there you go!
