I want to lose some weight in a few areas... Lately I have been very body catious about my arms, theighs, and stumach. Does anybody have any good advice on how to loose a few pounds in those areas?

SWIMMING!!!! IT WORK EVERYTHING! in about 4 weeks youll be so skinny, you wont recognize urself. or at least i did. hope i helped!

i have a major prob with my thighs i think their big and they bother me to no end. what i do is i run form em into muscle so that their not considered fat i feel better about my legs and so forth the arms try doing some push-ups always works and for the stomach try sit-ups try starting out doing 10 then try 15 then 20 i hope this is good advice~

I have the same problem. What I do is push-ups and lift weights for the arms. And go biking, running or dancing for the theighs. About the stomach, your basic crunches. But keep in mind you shouldn't do these things everyday. Because your muscles will get used to it. Do it every 2 days. Trust me! It works! ]
