theres this guy that i like and last year he wrote "i <3 u" in my yearbook and talked about how he was sad that he doesn't have a gf and i was like "okkkk is he gunna ask me" but i think he got scared, and didn't.. i didn't really respond to the i love u so now i'm worried that he thinks i don't like him. we're in different groups of friends and so its hard to talk to him. also, his best friend always hits on me and like grabs my ass (he has a gf!!!) so its kinda like a love triangle but not..... so i just need some help with this...

Well don't worry about his best friend unless it bugs the other guy that he's touching you. Just be upfront with him and tell you how you feel. If you had the vibe that he was going to ask you out, then you were probably were right. Tell him that you like him and then wait to see what he says. More than likely the feeling will be mutual though! GOOD LUCK!
