Yes. I think it would be bad to do anything with this guy right now, he does have a girlfriend. Maybe you can wait it out and such. Talk to him as much as you can and he'll start liking you more and more. Once he does like you a lot, he'll probably dump his girlfriend and go with you. Just give it a bit of time hun.
