He has them custom made, of course. I doubt you could afford one. He paid $550,000 for his, using only the money he earned from various little-known government programs, just WAITING to give money away to anyone who knows how to ask for it! Now, if you buy his book, you could get the money. Or, kill him and take his. That would keep me from having to watch his infomercials.
