okay so im in 8th grade and i like this boy in 9th, EVERYONE knows i like him, even he knows! but here's the thing, i dont even know him but i feel REALLY uncomfortable being around him because whenever we are around eachother one of my friends yells out something like "hey! there;s your lover" as a joke or whatever but it really embaresses me and i've tried to be normal with him but my friends just screw it up!! also im good friends with his little brother (in my grade), and his brother ALWAYS makes fun of me in like a meanw ay for liking his brother!! and omg i am so confused i dont know if he likes me (the 9th grade brother)! please help, i cant really even understand what i just wrote but all i want to know is :
A:do you think i might have a little chance with the 9th grade brother?
B: how do i get my fried (the 98th grade brother) to stop being immature and mean?
C:how do i get the fact that i HATE it when my friends yell out things infront of him?

Well,sometimes it takes giving someone a dose of their own medicine to make them realize that what they are doing is hurting someone else.And that's not always the most mature and classy way of doing things.If you haven't already,try talking to your friends and explaining to them that while they may think they are just joking,it's really hurting your feelings and embarrassing you.Obviously they don't know how to kid properly-you should both be laughing!Ha!If they don't respond to that,then believe me,they aren't worth the hurt and the time.As for the little brother,let's face it,young guys are immature and silly.They will do anything to get a laugh at someone elses expense.Next time he makes a joke,just say something smart right back to him,and show him that his little grade school antics aren't bugging you in the slightest(even tho they are),in fact,they're only making him look dumb.As far as your crush,all I can tell you is you'll never know if you don't try.Get to know him better,speak to him,flirt with him subtly,and you should be able to tell pretty quickly if he's feelin' you! Tell your friends that, if they don't stop embarrassing you, you'll stop being friends with them. They're being, there's not better word for it, really crapp friends.
Just talk to the guy. Crack jokes, be lighthearted. Be yourself. If he doesn't want to hang out with you, forget about him.

you do have a cchance with the 9th grade guy if the feelings are mutual. to get your friends to stop being immature about it, be mature about it. when they're saying things like "hjere comes your lover" just be like, i like him, but that doesn't make him my lover. and if you don't want them yelling out anything, just talk to them about how you feel

okay well i think that a) you should tell your friend's to buzz of and deal with their OWN love life and b) try to hang out with your crush more. the more you hang out with him, the more comfortable youll be around him! =)
