comitting suicide...(sp?)

is it just me?..or do other people think like me, that they hate themselves, that theyre not worth living. Because there are so many stressful things in life, school, personal life, friends, family..so on and so on....im stressed over so much stuff, and all i do to make myself feel better is to cry. i keep my emotions up inside of me, and all i have to let my feelings out is in a journal i keep and write my deep thoughts and feelings in it. i dont think there is anyone in this world that i can tell ALL of my feelings to. is it just me?...is there anyone else out there who thinks just like me?...how do you solve your problems?...

a journal is a very good idea. i think a lot of people think like u, they just dont wanna admmit it or they end up really commiting suicide. its a hard thing to talk about but its not just u...dont worry.

I used to think that way... I got my feelings out through writing... not very good writing, but writing nonetheless. I talk to people about my problems, I can be very open if I want, or I can just slap a fake smile on my face and be on my way... You can write, draw, play sports, talk, excercise... and the list goes on. You can do lots of things to get out your feelings. if you want, in a previous question I gave a website, it had the words cut it out in it. On the side panel it'll say things like what you can do instead of self injure yourself. Well you can also do those things just to safely get out feelings too. Sorry I'm not much help. good luck

Well somtimes i feel like that but i'm starting to think posotive about more things and it really clears that all up. I also try to talk to my friends or i tell everything to my self out laud and that also help relieve my stress and what not. But feel free to talk to me on AIM. I'd be glad to help you out.

I'm not sure how old you are, but I absolutely hated middle school and high school. I felt the exact same way you did. I wasn't social by any means. And I had maybe 1 good friend. But now I am in my first year of college and I love it. All I did was grit my teeth and try to bear the tough times. Believe me, it does get a lot better. But you'll never find out if you commit suicide. The journal is a good way to get through it. The change from high school to college for me was dramatic and I have a whole new outlook on life. I hope you can experience the same. Good luck

Yea,there is trust me there is.I'm in that same situation but I haven't felt that way in a while.You shouldn't keep your feelings all to yourself but tell a person you confide in.It's great you write in a journal I do the same thing and I o cry to just let it all out.I mostly solve my problems by letting one other person know whats going on and get there opinion on it.What I so is think over why I feel this way.Who is making me feel this way and why.Or what is making me feel this way and why.you arn't the only one trust me on that and you will get over this fase.good luck!

I agree, there is not one person in the world that you can tell all your feelings to. I also think that life is very stressful and a lot of times unfair. I keep a journal too and write down things when they bother me and that helps me a lot. I also pray a lot. Sometimes it makes me feel better to talk to someone and have them just listen. But please dont think about suicide, life is hard, but getting through it is part of it. You can do it, Good luck!
