Prude boyfriend

Question Posted Monday February 28 2005, 7:49 pm

14/f
My boyfriend and I have been going out around 3 1/2 months. I really love him so much. I want to kiss but the only time we ever see each other is at school. The rare times when we are actually alone we don't take advantage of it. we can't seem to talk romantic or get in the mood. Sometimes I really want to kiss him but it would be so awkward since we weren't even being romantic. He wouldn't expect it so he'd probably pull away or sumthing. I'm too scared to talk to him about it. Please help me!

Just kiss him. Trust me, he's probably scared. You two are both eachother's significant other, which means you both have the right to want to kiss eachother, and you both have the choice to take the initiative to talk to each other about it. You don't have to kiss publically or anything, but start by kissing him on the cheek, or playing with his hands. You can grab his hand in hold it when you're walking close to him or you can say you see something in his hair and reach up to touch it, and then look at his lips and move closer or something..and then go from there.
3 1/2 months is kind of a long time for a relationship without a kiss. I'm not syaing to jump him and make out with him, but I'm sure he'd love it if you made the first move and kissed him sweetly on the lips or something. =)
That way it would also open the doors and make him feel more comfortable with you.

Good luck..
just do it ;)

My boyfriend was JUST like that. One day, I got him to tell me that he was afraid of being rejected. So I made the mood, and everything is great again. Maybe you should try it.

Invite him over for dinner and watch a movie. Then, when your 'rents are not in the room, snuggle up to him. He'll under stand if you tilt your head up towards his face. the best movie to watch is a romantic one. Hope I helped!

No wories~ My boyfriend was like that. Those boyfriends are the keepers because the respect you. They care more about you than what they can tell "the guys" about what they did with u last night. My boyfriend and I have been going out for 2 1/2 years and the relationship is great, only because we waited for the right time to start kissing and such. Don't worry as time progresses he will come around.
