make flash cards, stay after school and ask for help from teachers, do what ever you can to study so at least you know you have. you should study every day!!! you should make sure you know the most important things and i m sure you'll be fine. if you're still nervous then just study some more, go to bed early the night of the test, eat a hardy breakfast, and pray. you know you've studied so you shouldn't be worried. and if you do get an F (you probably won't) then it just won't matter because you know you've studied it and you know you tried your best. you'll do fine!
Karen answered Saturday February 26 2005, 12:14 pm: Since you have no time to revise, you need to start making time for yourself to revise. Oral exams are pretty stressful but you need to study and make time for it. If you know someone who has done this before, ask them to help you out and I'm sure they will.

Reesespieces022 answered Saturday February 26 2005, 11:19 am: stop freaking out, because as scary as it seems, oral exams are go over a lot smoother if your calm about it, or at least seem calm when your taking them. im not sure what level of french your in, but my french teacher makes us take a ton of oral exams, and if you want, leave me a messgae in my inbox telling me what level, what kinda questions your answering, etc. i'd love to help. You have caused your stress by lack of preparation, so that's a good lesson for the future lol! A good remedy for now would be to get yourself a tape recorder, spend some effort in getting all you need to learn down on tape and play it back to yourself whilst sleeping. A video recorder would be even better as you could add actions to the words you need to learn and this will give you a visual learning memory too.
Take four full deep breaths and tell yourself to relax. Then take four more just concentrate on your breathing and relax. Then get ready to learn :) [ katiemate's advice column | Ask katiemate A Question ]
