well lately i've been pretty depressed and i don't know why because i don't reallly have a reason to...i have one reason but it's not a good one but yeah...and i don't knwo what i should do about it.

okay, depressions sucks, cuz ive been there. so i can relate to you. and sometimes people dont need reasons to feel depressed, sometimes we just feel it, which can mean 2 things. 1. it could mean you are clinically depressed meaning, you would need to talk to your parents about it, and then they would need to set up a meeting with a sycoligist, or counsler. or 2. it could mean that that one little reason that isnt a very good reason why you think your depressed, could have trigered all of your other sad emotions that were biult up, and just sorta made you burst into this depression mood. so basically i would go to a school counsler or to your parents, but if you dont think its that seriosue, to where your thinking of suicide and things of that sort, then maybe focus ona hobby, to get your mind off of things, working and exercising is a great stress releaver! ut i would say if you are depressed to where have tried to kill yourself, or are thinking about it, you need to go to your parents, or a cousler! i hope ive helped, and if you have n e more questions feel free to ask! :) ]
