love handles are the extra fas around you hips... most likely around where you would put a pair of hip hugger jeans... its the extra fat that hangs off the sides... its kind of hard to explain without showing you!

Love handles are the area of your waist exactly where your pants stop and there is a little bit of skin/fat there. It's called love handles for a really disgusting reason. The reason doesn't matter, it's just a bit of extra tissue at your waist. Just about everyone has them.
