Fitness Testing

In my gym class we do fitness testing. (pull ups, mile, sit ups, push ups, stretching) I'm ok with most of them. But push ups and pull ups I'm not good at. I'm starting to do them every day. Do you have any tips on how many I should do, and when? Or just good tips? thanks!

if u do like 5 one day then 10 the next and build up, you should be able to do at least 15.... you could try working on your upper arm strength.. ( i always get a 0 in pushups) lol

try to do as many as you can everyday i mean you cant get better at this over night it takes time but try to do atleast two more everynight than u did the night before youll get better and youll have musscels
