I feel overweight. I know I'm not fat I just want to be happy with my body. Is there an easy excersie that helps you lose weight fast? I just want a little extra confidence. Any ideas? Thanks.
HeatherFeatherz answered Monday February 14 2005, 3:52 pm: ♥ the thing with weight loss is theres no special work out thats gonna make u drop weight you have to eat healthy and make sure your burning more calories then your eating! im all for u trying to be confident for yourself but don't feel like you have to please the people around you if your not anerexic its not theyre problem your healthy and thats all that matters if people have a problem with it screw em!!!!
