I think I'm in love with my guy friend. He's really shy though, so it's hard to know if he likes me back, but I'm pretty sure he does, because of the way he acts sometimes. Anyway, I asked him today if he still liked his ex from a while back (just to see because they're still friends) and he gave me a deffinate "no" and after that kind of hung around wherever I was. I'm thinking about asking him tomorrow if he wants to exchange gifts or something on Valentine's day? Should I? and if so, what should I get him, and how do I let him know that I REALLY like him? (sry this is long, but I am SO lost!)

Don't push the Valentines thing with him, because in all honesty: it might be better to start things off an a day without all the pressure of Vday. Giving someone something doesn't express how much you love them (unless it's an engagement ring) so write him a poem or a card or something and try a box of whatever candy he likes.
