So, there's this gurl that im taking to prom, but she say's that it's just as friends, I don't understand why it can't be more, she is so flirty everytime we hang out, superbowl night she held my hand, and gave me a back rub, and I gave her one, but all she wants to be is friends?? I think she is going through a rough time, this guy lived with her family while he was getting sober, he lived there for 2 months and has been gone now for 2 months and I think she is having a hard time with that, Im not sure how much she liked him though, soo, just help, tell me what you think, and what I should do. thanx

If she wants to be friends, leave it at that, if you push her it won't go well. Some girls are just flirty. But if you guys have a great time at prom, she might see things differently. Leave things open (try not to make her 'jelous' or something by flirting with other girls) and things could change.

i would talk to her about it. But she could also be scared, or just shy about being a couple. Just take things slow, but talk to her about what you think and try having her explain her feeling or if she is goiing through a rough time have her talk to you about it and let her know that you're there for her.

well, if she is going through a hard time, then you just have to be there for her. Dont try to be 'more than friends' with her, and dont try to get her to bed. just try to be friends, and when shes ready, shell come to you.
