Question Posted Friday February 4 2005, 7:57 pm

yea so i love my brother to death but he is always at work or his fiance's house and i barely ever see him. i alwyas get ticked off at my parents and flip out and i always ruin things in the house when hes not home he really is the only person that knows how to help me calm down. now im like a mess lately because hes getting married and he will probably be moving out and i dont want him to but anyways what can i do to make the pain of losing my brother be gone and how can i stop myself from like trashing the house when i get pissed off at my parents? please help.

I know how you feel because i was in the same situation a year ago like you are in now. When i'm upset or angry i let my emotions out by talking to someone close like my best friend and i wrote how i felt about my brother getting married and moving to San Diego in my diary, xanga, and myspace. On trashing your house when your angry at your parents, you should beat up a stuffed animal or pillow and maybe scream and yell in your room to let it all out or maybe walk out the house and take a long walk to calm down. You can have a private talk with your brother on how you feel and that you will be missing him. I told my brother this and he said that he'll always be there for me when i needed him and now we talk on the phone and on aim nearly everyday.
I hope things will go well for you. <3 Peachgirly

well, when things go wrong, just sit back and think about what your brother would have said to you to help calm you down. even though he wont be there, youll still have him in your head and itll make your life jsut as easy
