weight gain im tryin 2 put on a few pounds. wat r sum ways to gain some healthy weight without having to eat an excessive amount of food. my goal is to get in 3200 cals a day(i no, thats a lot!) PLZ HELP me find some ways i can get these calories in! its hard to eat that much but i REALLY wanna be a few lbs heavier thanx!

i really can't help that well in this department seeing as i can't gain weight at all no matter how hard i try. i understand what your going through. i just barely hit 85lbs. and im 14. maybe you should try eating a little bit more than you normally do. and try not to do as much excercising.hope i helped. ]
one way to gain pounds without eating unhealthy is by working on your muscles. this way, you dont have to overeat or eat 3200 calories a day- you can just go on how you usually do. work on your muscles- the stronger they are, the more they weigh, increasing your weight. you can do stuff like squats, curl-ups, push-ups, and other stuff l9ke that to work out your muscles. hope this helps! ]
You can eat foods with lots of carbs. like bread, pasta, lots of milk and stuff thats high in carbohydrates but not junk food sonce you want to stay healthy!

Just eat whole grain foods basically, bread pasta rice potatoes nuts and seeds. ]
