im tryin 2 put on a few pounds. wat r sum ways to gain some healthy weight without having to eat an excessive amount of food. my goal is to get in 3200 cals a day(i no, thats a lot!) PLZ HELP me find some ways i can get these calories in! its hard to eat that much but i REALLY wanna be a few lbs heavier thanx!
grl_who_smilez answered Sunday January 30 2005, 8:17 pm: one way to gain pounds without eating unhealthy is by working on your muscles. this way, you dont have to overeat or eat 3200 calories a day- you can just go on how you usually do. work on your muscles- the stronger they are, the more they weigh, increasing your weight. you can do stuff like squats, curl-ups, push-ups, and other stuff l9ke that to work out your muscles. hope this helps!
