mrs_radcliffe answered Thursday January 27 2005, 3:23 pm: Some times i feel like that its just because your growing up and your emotions are going up and down
why not go out with your mates and do something fun to take your mind of it?
take some vitamines that might make you feel less tired and more active

crazybrunet09 answered Wednesday January 26 2005, 10:25 pm: i know how you feel.. and i know this may sound stupid but there are a few reasons that this is happening and this isnt just me saying this- its like researches
1. because (i dont know if where you are its like this) but the weather changing every day from 80's to 30's makes us feel weak tired which ends up being moody
2. because january 24 is the most depressing day of the year, because its a few week after holidays, your back in school/work and bills are coming in and that also can affect adults kids and teens!
a way to feel better is go play sports or go running (which i wouldnt run cause i hate it!) or just be around people and listen to music watch t.v. or read- just be active! try not to stay at home- dont worry this will all pass by- its just these past few weeks are the hardest time of the year espeacially when u get older. hope i helped >brookie< [ crazybrunet09's advice column | Ask crazybrunet09 A Question ]
dreamingkat answered Wednesday January 26 2005, 10:14 pm: Well, the first thing to check is to make sure that you are getting proper nourishment and exercise. These are very important and can have profound effects your mental health. You should also get a complete physical done. There are illnesses, such as mono, that people sometimes mistake for depression because their main symptom is fatigue.
Once you've ruled out physical causes, find someone who can look at your life objectively. A religious leader or counselor are good starts. Your parents, roommates, or significant other are not good choices because they are too close to you and the situation. The person you choose to talk to should be able to help you determine if you really do have no control over things, or if you just feel like you have no control. If you really don't have a proper amount of control over your life, then you can make a plan to gain control.
If you determine that you're sad, feeling out of control, and tired for no reason, then you should look into the possibility of having depression or a related illness. [ dreamingkat's advice column | Ask dreamingkat A Question ]
DrummeR4LifE answered Wednesday January 26 2005, 9:39 pm: Either something could be bothering you and you dont know it or well if you are a girl it could just be mood swings. Maybe you're not getting enough excitment? Have a day out with your friends just to chill out and have fun! Thats what helps me most of the time. charmed-cherry21 answered Wednesday January 26 2005, 9:26 pm: I am answering this as if you are a female and I am not sure if you are or not but I am pretty sure that you are seeing as most of the people asking for advice seem to be female. It could be PMS. If you have been sexual lately you could be pregnant. Most likely though it is just depression.
