I am 5'4 and I am 220 pounds....I really wanna lose weight before july when I go to the beach. Atleast like 40 pounds. I don't have much money to go to the gym nor time. I have been overweight all my life and I really wanna change!!! We have an ab lounger but I don't think its working. I am addicted to food. Please give me any info websites or anything that can help me pleasee!! thank you!!

Hang up your bathing suit for motivation so that you can see it everyday. You have to make yourself eat right. Run around the block everyday, keep using the ab lounger, get your parents to restrict junk food and have them cook healthy meals. Tell friends at school to watch you from eating junk school lunch. You are from here on out no longer allowed to eat a serving of meat that is bigger than your fist. :-) (I'm just kidding) But, that is a good idea. READ the back of the labels to check for calorie and fat content ONLY eat the serving size. Once you start losing weight, and start eating less, your stomach gets smaller and so does your appetite. You weigh 220 so that means 2200 calories a day to maintain your weight. You want to loose 2 to 3 lbs per week max. So reduce your calories by 700/ day. Eat a 250 calorie meal every 3 hours, this will keep your body from going into starvation mode and speed up your metabolism. Drink LOTS Of water Add about 45 min of walking every day, and you'll create a calorie deficit of 10,000 calories/week. Since you have to burn 3500 calories to loose one pound of fat this will cause you to loose 3 lb/week. Also, what you eat is important. Use fist size portions. Each meal eat a fist sized portion of lean meat of some kind and a fist size portion of complex carbs like vegetables of some kind.
