Losing weight Is it true that if you eat a lot of healthy snacks during the day, rather than meals, you'll loose weight? Also, I always feel so tired and weak. What kind of foods give you energy?

Carbohydrates, such as pasta&rice*breads, are food that will def. give you an energy boost. And I heard if you eat 5 to 6 small healthy meals a day you'll lose weight rather than just eating 3 big meals a day. Remember exercise is a key part to losing weight also. ]
No, its not true. In order to loose weight, you have to have a good diet AND excerisize. Yes, healthy snacks are better than greasy hamburgers and fries, but you have to work out too. ]
