XoXoBeachBumXoXo answered Saturday January 22 2005, 11:01 pm: maybe it could be from over-working, or stressing, maybe you have a project or test or w/e that ur streesing bout. try taking a nice long stress-free shower, or reading a book , relax before going to bed.
Ask_Breanna answered Saturday January 22 2005, 9:44 am: There are loads of people that have that problem well what you should do id have tea of a hot meal before you go to bed this might just help you you know
BeautifulMadness answered Saturday January 22 2005, 9:44 am: Maybe one of your neighbours is getting up at 4.30 at the moment? My next door neighbours at my old house went out at about 5 am, slamming their car doors and waking me up every morning for 3 days, and it took me a week to stop waking up automatically at that time. If so, you're probably just a light sleeper...you could try something like a lavender pillow or calomine room spray to encourage deeper sleep?
If you're not one of those people who have to have complete silence to fall asleep, then try leaving the radio on low - it'll get you used to background noise while you sleep :)

You can also try messing with your pattern in ways you can control... go to bed later or earlier and see what that does.
jodie_272 answered Saturday January 22 2005, 7:12 am: R u on your period? that can often ruin your sleeping patterns. if not, are you eating or drinking high energy things you never used to or are you dieting at the moments bcus all these things can affect ur sleeping!
