Less homework, less strict rules for dress code, allow the use of cell phones in lunch, begining of the day and the end of the day, more locker privalages (if you don't have enough already). Bring down the cost of lunch, more sports, better sports equipment, new school supplies. Allow students to wear hats, as long as they are not offensive in any way. That's all I can think of! Hope this helped.
