Hey kate i was wandering why life is sooo freakin confusing im fed up with it sometimes i think it would be better if i werent here...do u have any stress relieving advice???if so please help thanx

I recieved a worksheet from a teacher last semester... it had 101 ways to cope with stress. Lucky for you I'm feeling nice enough to type all 101 ways.
