Gaining Weight

Question Posted Sunday January 9 2005, 4:13 pm

I always wished I was fatter I'm so skinny and all my friends can wear tight jeans and juniors clothes and I'm stuck in 10/12 in pants and 14/16 in shirts. The 10/12's are even baggy, I can't fit in 8/9 because they are to short. How can I gain weight? I know I have to eat but is there any other ways?

If you start exercising more, then your appettite will increase and you will be able to eat more food. Don't eat junk food though. Eat lots of protein and carbs and calories. Good luck!

Actually, there is a special bar you can eat to gain wait. They use it for like starving kids in africa and wrestlers that want to go up a weight class. Ask your doctor if he thinks it would be healthy to try something like that.

Don't eat too much, just continue eating normal and healthy. But if you start exercising more, you can build muscle. That will help you gain more weight because muscle will make you heavier. Besides that--all you can do is wait. If nothing happens, I suggest you see your doctor ♥

if you want to become fatter then you should eat more...but you also need to control what you eat too because if you are eating tommuch then it will become addictive and once you get fatter you cant stop eating and then you will just become fat-fat!

Sweetie, I've done research about this and the only healthy way to gain weight is to eat more food with lots of carbohydrates and calories. Taking steriods and exercising won't help. Just talk to a doctor about gaining weight so you can learn the real way to. Go to this website to learn more: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Hope I helped :)
