LilxKlUmSzY answered Sunday January 2 2005, 1:48 pm: heyyy, well when people have skinny leqs they usually think that if they do exercises they will just qet skinnier, thats not true at all. you should try leq weiqhts. Leq weiqhts are heavy straps that you put around your ankles and walk around with them. you can buy them very cheap at a sports equipment store for probably less than five dollars. but if you just want somethinq you can do fast on your spare time, try walkinq alot and running. put some muscle in those leqs qirl! well qOod luck! hOpe i helped! (plz rate me!)

sPicYx0hoTt answered Sunday January 2 2005, 11:23 am: Well to get muscle you can do some like excersises involving those...running alot would help. Joining sports would make them lets stronger to. Or if you have the kind of machine like a leg pull you can use that-Hope i helped

Just go to this website to see how to do some of the leg exercises that I've mentioned: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location). Hope I helped :)
