Karen answered Friday December 31 2004, 12:35 pm: Well there are ways that you can lose weight really fast and still see improvement but they aren't healthy. Losing weight takes a long time and you can see results but not that fast. The South Beach diet is a great way to lose weight and it's a good diet to go on that shows results pretty fast.
