Gateway PhotoJuke Box

I have a Photojuke box from Gateway and when ever i go to sync the Mp3 player wiht windows media player it says "it cant find the portable device" I have all the updates WMP 10, SP 1 and 2 any one know what i could do?

you might have installed them incorrectly, i would uninstall the programs and try to reinstall them! if you have any further problems i would call the company!

Okay first of all it doesn't matter if you have both SP 1 and 2 on there. Do you connect through a USB port? Did the Photojukebox come with a CD to install a program? Most of those things do. You should install that first then connect it to the computer.
