Nope! Losing your virginity is when your hymen breaks, and you have to have intercourse to do that.

No, its not considered intercourse..which is vaginal sex. But its a form of sex..well lets put it this way..you havent had sex yet. No, you dont lose your virginity by having oral sex..losing your virginity is when your hymen breaks..which requires vaginal sex.
