You say you're 70% sure, but when you do something like this you have to have all of your heart in it and be 100% sure. It may be hard to do but move on from this relationship. Who knows, maybe after some time he'll ask you out again. If you go to him a day after the brake-up, it'll seem like you're desparate. Well, good luck!!
