what do you do when your semi addicted to See's chocolate and cant stop eating it? any breaking the habit tips?

Tell your family or friends not to buy it or hide it away from you! When ever you crave this chocolate, put an elastic on your wrist and snap it! Tell yourself that this isn't good for you! Put it some where that you wouldn't find it afterwords! Find something else to eat instead of this! Hope I helped :)

they say that chocolate makes you feel the same way you feel when your in love...thats what i heard on a movie once...who knows if its true or not cause i dont eat chocolate that much so...to break the habit just quit buying it and eating it...find something else you love to eat.

dont buy it. lol! if you go to the mall or where ever they sell it dont look at the store. no matter how much you want it DONT GO IN THERE. wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it when you have the erge to buy some!
