Pubic hair does grow quickly. More quickly on some people than on others.

I would avoid removing the hair unless you think the area will be visible for some reason (hot date, bathing suit, etc) or if you prefer it for hygienic reasons (some women prefer to trim or remove hair right before their periods).

The red bumps are razor burn. You avoid razor burn by making sure you have a sharp razor. One woman I know finds that the mens razors work best for her (not the disposable ones, the ones that you buy replacement blades for). Using some form of shaving lubricant (shaving cream, soap, and lotion are common) will also help reduce razor burn.

Sometimes pubic hairs become ingrown (they go back under the skin). Just leave them alone. If they become infected, they will resemble pimples (zits) and you can lance or pop them as long as you clean the area afterwards with something anti-bacterial.

Regular Nair© should not be used on the pubic region. They have a special version for that. There may also be a sensitive skin version, I haven't looked recently. Make sure you follow the directions carefully.

Waxing should not remove the skin (which is what would have made you bleed). You should not start waxing on your pubic region. Practice on a small patch of one leg first until you get the temperature and timing right.

The only places on the human body where it is not normal for hair to grow are the soles (bottoms) of the feet, the palms of the hands, the shaft of the penis, and inner lips of the vulva (the squishy part of a woman's privates). It is totally normal for hair to grow on your butt and around your anus (butt-hole).

Different people have different types of hair. Some people have very short fine hairs that no one notices. Some people have hair that's thick, long, and very different from their skin color so it stands out. It's just another form of variety the human race has developed.

I suggest waiting at least a week before doing anything else to down there (other than washing) to give the area time to recover from your previous attempts. If the skin feels try, use a sensitive skin lotion. If it stings, stop and try the next day. Don't try any more hair removal until you can put lotion on the area without it stinging.

If you really think the hair is excessive, you can talk to a doctor about it. There are various hormone imbalances that can cause excessive hair growth. In those cases however the excessive growth is not limited to pubic hair. I think it's much more likely that your perfectly ok and stressing out because the media portrays people with very unrealistic body hair patterns.

It's ok, your normal. Don't rush things, don't mix methods of hair removal. Giver you body some time to recover, and then pick a method to learn about and try again. Take it slow.

It'll be ok. :)

First of all, don't shave. The skin becomes itchy and irritated. It's better to leave it alone. Don't worry, no one's gonna be looking at it anyways. But if you'd like to continue removing the hair down there, then you can use one of those "sensitive skin" hair removers, where you can buy at a local drug store like Long's, Rite Aid, or Walgreens.

Don't shave evey day because then your skin will be irritated. Shave every three or four days. Try using a different shaver. Like I use a shaver and it's a shaver and shaving cream. It works really good. But hair usually does grow fast on some ppl. Unfortuantly i'm one of them. LoL. Please rate me! That would really help! Thx.

dont wax, for one thing. Shave once a day, if you're so worried.
