A Sticky Situation
There is a girl at school at she is really comfortable around the guy I like. They are like best friends and I'm friends with him too but not like she is. Sometimes I get sort of insecure around him and act weird. If I didn't like him, obviously, it would be so much easier for me to talk to him and be myself. The only place I'm really okay talking to him is online. Do you have any advice for me to "open up" more? He even said, since I told my two best friends they were being mean to me, that I could hang out with him and his friends.

when your around him personally.. dont think about how you like him and stuff.. just be calm and jsut know that he is your friend and play it cool... i always just keep the talking to a minimum and make sure i dont say nething really bad and embarassing... just stay with a group of people and just be open.. i have this problem aroudn the guy i like... just talk you dont have to try to show off to him

Why are you so afraid? Don't be a fraid to tell someone that you like them. if he doesn't like oh well life goes on. I know it would be diappointing and all but what can you do. Maybe he really likes you but is too afraid to tell you just like you are afraid to tell him. You could be missin out on a lot. you never know so give it your best shot babe. Hope it helps!!!

Just pretend that you don't like him. I mean you just need to be comfortable with him and get over this insecurity of yours. I mean obviously he is cool with you, so you just need to learn to be comfortable with him.

well, if you're with your own friends it will probably be more comfortable for you to talk to him when you're in a group just because you'll have back up if anyone says anything bad to you =D

you just gotta talk to him a lot more.. hang out a lot more.. that sort of thing. invite him over.. go to the movies.. go to the mall.. do whatever. the more ya'll get to know eachother.. the better you can talk to him like this other girl does.. it might be hard to make the first move and all but you gotta take a risk! hope this helps :o)
