either the url is wrong, or if you uploaded it, then it's too big. Check the URL, and if you uploaded it, then make it smaller or find a new pic.

you might have put the picture in with "[Link](Mouse over link to see full location); and you might have "[Link](Mouse over link to see full location); check and see. if its not well its probly not gonna work
