You could totally do it! All you have to do is eat straight vegatables, like avacodoes, celery, tomatoes, eat it with some fat free dressing then make sure you drink at least 4 or 5 glasses of water,(if you drink too much you will have water wieight. Then exercise for about 30 minutes everyday, make sure you get the right amount of sleep and you should be good! Good luck! xoxo ]
