Yeah, I've got the same problem. I eat chocolatey-flavored Balance Bars, which are healthy but still taste really good (almost like an actually candy bar). It tricks me into thinking that I've gotten my daily fix of junk food, but subconsciously, I know that what I ate wasn't that bad, so I don't feel guilty!

As others have said, it’s all about balance. The key is to avoid depriving yourself of the foods you love, just cut them back to moderate levels or integrate them into healthy snacks. For example, let’s say you love Doritos; you eat a bag of them for lunch everyday and feel horribly guilty about it. You can eat healthier and reduce guilt by cutting back your serving size. Try to measure out a bowl of Doritos and stop at that. Also tell yourself that whenever you eat of bowl of Doritos you have to eat a piece of fruit to get some vitamins. After you have your snack, you can concentrate on the fruit in order to feel less guilty. There’s nothing wrong with having a treat every now and again, just try to eat appropriate portions and make it a part of healthier eating.

Well eating healthy... is good.

My boifriend said: " think of it as this cheating on your boifriend, even though you cheat on him and feel bad.. You still wanna be with him and love him. Think as your boifriend as the food. the cheating part is the junk"

I agree... You think its bad but you love to eat food thats junk but you feel bad. DONT Feel bad. Its junk. If you eat healthy food you should be fine! Just dont feel guilty. Just be like well im good i eat healthy i do need some sugars and oils. Those r the foods that taste good you need those once in a while. But eating healthy is good too. I'd eat junk every other day and eat healthy everyday. <3333 Sammy Sam <333 This might of not made sense. but,, im trying to help as much as i can.

you seem that you are doing just fine. you always have to eat healthy, but dont feel guilty letting yourself have a treat every once and a while. you have to accept that your body is going to naturally crave sugar, just dont let yourself get too carried away.
