well tomorrow we start tumbling in P.E. and i am soooo afraid of doing a front roll.. i am horrified at the thought of all my body weight being over my head? how do i try to overcome this fear
xOMsRunninAwayOx answered Monday November 15 2004, 12:29 am: Watch people do the tumbling. Have them explain how they do it. By detail and slowly. Your fear will be less. Ask them to help you. Tell them your afraid of those who can do it. They will be nice and help you. I was scared to do that too and my friends in p.e explained it to me and was really nice. Now i do it all the time. To relax. and be silly. Just dont put too much stress into it. Its easy. Let me know how it went write me back. hope all goes well. ill wish and hope for you, that you do the best tumbling thingy ever!!! <3 sammy sam...
