I know HTML, but do NOT direct link unless the site allows you to! Direct linking, to my knowledge, is illegal.

Good html sites include
www.funky-chickens.com , sometimes this site is down though

and

www.lissaexplains.com

there are also many websites that have cool effects to add to websites such as
www.dynamicdrive.com
and
www.htmlbasix.com

Hmmm. I'll suggest lissaexplains.com. If you need further help, try AIMing me (see profile for contacts) or sending me a question. I doubt you'll need it since lissaexplains.com is an absolutely brilliant HTML tutorial site.

do you mean like this [replace the [ and ] with < and >]
[a href="[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) url[/a]

[Link](Mouse over link to see full location) is a very good site to learn HTML, XHTML and CSS
