I know everyone thinks running is the best, and it actually is. I recommend soccer though because then you don't wake up and think "OK I have to go run 3 miles" it's more fun. I love soccer and you run a lot.

try elipticals those give you a running motion but they tighten muscles better than say a treadmill.

Well, sorry, but the fastest way to lose it is running/exercise. I used to have SO much fat on my legs, and after I played soccer this past season, I lost all of it. Here's a general idea of some workouts you could do:

Leg Lifts -
Lie on the floor flat on your back. Lift your legs and feet about 6 inches above the floor. Hold this position for at least 30 seconds. Do this about 5 times.

Lunges -
"Lunge" forward, getting as low to the ground as possible. Don't let your knees touch the floor.

Running -
I know you said you don't want to run, but, combined with the right diet, running is the fastest way to get rid of fat on your legs. Running also improves your endurance. On the first day try to jog/run for at least 5 minutes straight. Gradually build up from 5 minutes to 7 minutes, from 7 to 10, so on and so forth. This is a great way to lose weight.

Hope my advice helps! <3 Sporkster

Try these..
Lie on your back. pull your right leg into your chest, flex it back out, lift it up, and then slowly bring it back down until its right above the ground...and then go back into your chest and repeat. Do about 3 sets of 10 reps of those on each leg.

go down into a squat and hold for 10 seconds. stay in the squat and go up onto your toes, and hold for another 10 seconds. then back down for 10, back up for 10, back down and stand up.

If you need more message me, i've got a bunch.

Honestly, walking. I do a lot more walking than I used to and I've noticed a big difference in my legs and thighs.

You could also try these: [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

I've tried them out. They seem to be working so far. :)
