People who are anorexic usually say they're fat very often.. and yes they don't usually eat at all... Also being tired i think is one of the symptoms....If she's skipping breakfasts and lunches I would talk to her... Let her know you care about her health and you would never want to see her hurt herself like this.. Good Luck!
Hoped I helped!

If your friends is becoming anorexic then she will eventually not eay anything. She might also get grouchy (from low blood sugar) really tired, and her grades may drop. Watch her (not staring lol) and just see what kinda stuff she eats. If at all possible make sure she is eating three healthy meals every day. Good Luck! ]
If you look online, you'll find tons of things. They tell you symptoms, effects, and treatments. If your not sure if she really is...maybe you should talk to her about it first. Its not good jumping to conclusions. ]
signs would be if she didn't eat at all or if her appetite has gone down!! if she was a big eater before u might wanna ask her what is going on?? or maybe talk 2 her parents and see what they think just 2 be sure!!

People that are anorexic normally always complain that they are fat and if they do eat... they eat very very little. They will eat like a carrot or something healthy like that but in very small portions. If someone offers a bag of chips or anything like chocolate or sweet or any fatty food they will always turn it down and say that they are full. I used to be anorexic and that's how I was. Talk to her, being anorexic isn't healthy at all. She needs to get help if she really is anorexic. Hope this helped. ]
