okay.... i am trying to loose weight. when i wake up in the morning i never wanna eat. even if im hungry i just dont feel like eating. is this bad? i'll rate you.

just make sure that this habit doesn't spread into lunch and dinner and multiple days with out eating. ]
no, itz normal. i am goin thru the same thing. i never eat in the morning.. i'm just never hungary! itz nothing bad.. itz just a phase =). but when yu ARE hungary, eat... but dont eat a bunch of food. eat like a salad, apple, water/milk, or watever. i did that 4 2 weeks n lost 7 lbs! and i'm not kidding! i wasnt trying 2 lose weight, but it reeli works hun! try it!

yes it is bad. u need food in your system in the morning. even if u over eat at breakfast thats a TON better than to over eat at dinner.. cuz at breakfast u have the rest of the day to burn it of. have SOMETHing even a glass of milk would be perfect! <3.RaCh ]
no that's not bad..that happens to me all the time. The problem coomes wen u are just not eating in the morning to lose weight if thats the case then thats not good. u shud eat something even if its small, or a lot of something healthy. The same follows for other meals, like eat healthy things n excersize a lot. :) ]
