Hi! I am 5'3 (I think) and I weigh 127 (Or a little lower) ( My scale is messed up). Anyway, My friends say I'm not fat and stuff, but I do have a flubby tummy! I tried everything, from dieting (didn't last a day!),excersing (could'nt do it daily), and so nothing worked for me! I would love to have a flat tummy before Christmas because my mom always talks about how my stomach is so flabby and things like that and I would like to show her that I can do it! I have'nt had a flat tummy in 5 years! Can anyone one tell me any ways to get my tummy flat! Thanks so much! I rate high!

for a flat tummy i would definatly do sit ups and crunches. those give you a really great looking stomach in no time. good luck! ]
Tell your mom that you're not fat, and that she has no right making you feel horrible over nothing.
However, if you'd like to achieve a flat stomach for yourself and your own self esteem, go for it. But it's not going to work without diet and exercise. Sit ups and crunches my dear, with a reduced fat intake to boot.... gl ]
well you and i are the same height, about the same weight, and have similar mothers. i've tried dieting and exercising, too. it didn't work, but maybe your diet was too diety. i just switched all my snacking habits with eating like an apple instead of cookies, and i buy sugar free ice cream(i swear it tastes good!) and you don't have to exercise like situps and all that junk, just take a walk or something like that 3 days a week. i did that and lost a pant size and 7 lbs in a little over a week. so if you want to try that, be my guest, it isn't torture and it works. good luck. ]
everyday do different variations of situps like crunches n stuff.

well i dont know how much it will make your stoamch flat....but lemme tell you im just like you, i can't excersise daily or anything like that. but latly i started drinking more water just because it would make me more hyderated and all and i ended up losing some weight. i cut back on soda and everything, just by drinking more water. and it could help you diet kinda cuz it will make you fuller faster so you dont eat as much. hope i helped. ]
try boxing... i did it, and it really helped me a lot. like get your own personal trainer and stuff it should really work, well atleast it did for me. good luck :) ]
