Ok, seriously, calm down. Take a few deep breaths. If youre really gonna tell this guy what you think, you dont need to do it while your hyperventilating. Write him a note or something if you cant chill, cuz if you run up to him and be like "OMG, youre so friggin hot" and jump on the poor man to kiss him, Im thinkin he may not be too thrilled. Just explain to him how you feel about him. Maybe you should tell him you think he's perfect..it never hurts to flatter someone. Just dont overwhelm him. Write him one note and then if he writes you back or talks to you and hints that he likes you, then write another note and go into more detail how highly you think of him. Let everything go from there. If it works out that he feels the same way, then congrats. If he lets on that he just wants you as a friend, then sorry. Break out the ice cream and depressing romantic movies. Just be cool...dont freak him out. Hope I helped. Good luck.
