Does this happen to you? Okay so today i went jogging for the first time in awhile. I was planning to jog for 2 minutes and alternate between that and walking. But when it came to jogging, after 3O minutes i felt like I was dying. My throat started to really hurt and i could taste blood but there wasn't blood in my mouth. This ALWAYS happens when i run or jog and i have a friend that it happens to her also. It took a good 15 minutes for my heart rate to go down and about 3O minutes for my throat to stop hurting. Does this happen to you and how can i stop it?

well that happenes to me a lot.. and I've been running xcountry for years.. i play all running sports.. but that's just me.. but i don't think you have anything to worry about.. It'll all be good ;)

WOW well that doesnt seem normal. i cant say that, that happens to me, maybe you should go get that checked out. and if not try not to rin if it affects you do bad...hmm just a thoiught... Well anyhow Good luck!

You probably get dehydrated during your jogs and walk. Pack a bottle water or Gatorade with you.
Once you get used to the routine of jogging and walking, your body will be more persistent. You're just not used to this exercise routine yet. ]
its all mentle. I'm a cross country runner, and unless there is something really wrong with you, its all mentle. listen to some music, and drink lots of water. run with your friend so you guys can support eachother. ]
well if you dont run or excercise alot that could be why your heart rate takes so long to go down but do you drink a lot of water? maybe take a bottle of water with you cuz you can get dehydrated my throat sometimes hurts when i run too but if you drink some water it should help ]
i would go to my doctor to find out if i had asthma. It could be thar you are out of shape and you overworked your body too quickly. But tasteing blood is allways serious, be careful that you do not actually let this get worse...GO GET MEDICAL ATTENTION ]
it kinda happens to me at soccer..but i usually tell the coach and he lets me get a drink of water..carry a water bottle with you when ur runnin..and dont run urself so hard that it hurts u..cuz ull regret it sooner or later..

this does not hapen to me.
but i think you should take it easy and not go so fast. also you should get a towel and put it in the refridgerator for 30 min and when you go jogging put it around your neck e-mail me and tell me how it goes assadwahdat@aol.com ]
I'm not sure how to stop it but that does happen to me. I have asthma and whenever I breath in through my mouth it burns like that after a while. I can taste blood and it's really disgusting. I'm sure it's just from the cold air hitting your throat and it's trying to itself moist again. Hope this helped. ]
