Crunches
Side Crunches
Sit Ups
V-Ups (lay on back with hands above head. and bring and legs and arms up to the middle at the same time and come back down But dont touch the ground. Keep going for about 10 reps)
Leg Lifts

babiigurl076 answered Friday October 15 2004, 3:55 pm: You can start out by doing 50 or so crunches a day& work it up slowly..like after you get used to that then go for 100 a day..that's what I do, and I'm gettin better results every week or so, as for your love handles, do sideways crunches or situps!
