Ok so I want to change my make-up. I have very very pale skin, grey/blue eyes and quite dark brown hair. I look almost celtic. I really want to start using more dramatic make-up like black eye liner and stuff but I'm not sure how to start, any tips?
jazz82289 answered Saturday October 16 2004, 12:44 am: Actually, the "dramatic" look is very out now. Plus, you want to look natural. Because you are pale try a bronzer to give you a little color. Line your eyes with brown instead of black, it will bring out your eyes and put a pinkish blush on your cheeks brushing up towards your temples making your face look more defined. YOu don't have do look gothic to look pretty, i promise. Good Luck Chick! [ jazz82289's advice column | Ask jazz82289 A Question ]

1) Foundation should match you neck. (I know that you have pale skin so try a light ivory.)
2) When applying eye shadow use two shades. One shade goes from the bottom of the lid to the brow, and the other just goes in the creas you see when your eyes are open.
3) DAB on foundation
4) Instead of trying to make on perfectly straight line when doing eye-liner, try makeing many shrit small ones...it will be easier. Make sure you do it on both the top and bottom of you eye.
5) Lip stick is important. Try a nuetral color...it will look better then you would think.

All you have to do is put *brown* eye liner and mascara on. You have to make sure you dont over do it on the eyes! And your complection is your skin tone... all you have to do is get some foundation that is a little darker then your face! I know this advice works because ive seen the resualts!! MoonFisher answered Friday October 15 2004, 3:28 pm: I have a huge tip for you, because I have the same colouring that you do! I found that I immediately got a very dramatic look by plucking and sculpting the shape of my eyebrows. Show off those piercing blue eyes by getting them waxed into a nice, angular shape and then maintaining it with tweezers every few days. I also recommend dark, smokey make-up colours for your eyes to make them show, such as greys or browns. [ MoonFisher's advice column | Ask MoonFisher A Question ]
